FIREWALK in aid of Fishermen’s Mission raises £4,500

On Thursday 13th April 2017, a fire walk took place on Buller Quay Car Park in aid of Fishermen’s Mission.

Over 30 people signed up to conquer the coals and walk across 20 feet of embers burning at 1236 degrees Fahrenheit without experiencing any pain or injury at all whilst raising money for charity.

The money raised will help The Fisherman’s Mission continue to provide emergency help and welfare to active and retired fishermen and their families.
